Tribute/Memorial Gifts
We are always honored to accept donations made in honor or in memory of a loved one. Honor/memorial gifts can be made securely online or mailed to the address listed above.
Often, families who have recently lost a loved one to neurocognitive disorders contact us with questions about how they can invite friends and family to make memorial donations to BMC Foundation, in lieu of flowers.
Planned Giving
For an unrestricted gift that allow the Black Mountain Center Foundation to determine how to use Planned Giving gifts, we suggest using the following for your will or trust.
“I give the Black Mountain Center Foundation, further identified by EIN #58-215-8076, or its successor in interest, _________ please write the amount or percentage of the estate to be given, or a description of
the property to be gifted) for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.’’
To designate your provision for a particular purpose, or to make a gift of stocks and securities, please contact the Executive Director of the Black Mountain Center Foundation so they can advise on customization of language in your estate plans.
Operation Happy Holidays
Happy Holiday Greetings from the Board of Directors of the Black Mountain Center Foundation.
Please consider making this holiday season even brighter for the residents who live at Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center by participating in Operation Happy Holidays. We are asking for monetary donation that will be utilized primarily to purchase gifts and decorations, and to provide special seasonal activities for residents that cannot be funded by their families or the State. It is our primary function as a public foundation to enrich the lives of residents through activities, projects, and purchases, which cannot otherwise be funded by the facility. If you wish to memorialize or honor someone special with your donation, that name will be included in the listing of donors.
