About the Black Mountain Center Foundation

The functions of the Black Mountain Center Foundation are administered through a Board of Directors who represent consumer, business and professional interests. From 1995 to 2014, an entirely volunteer board operated the Black Mountain Center Foundation.  The Board of Directors at that time felt that the Foundation needed to grow to help more families, so in 2014 they hired their first ever part-time Executive Director. There are no additional paid staff on the Foundation; the primary resources of the Foundation are applied directly to its Mission.

Board meetings are conducted quarterly, and interested members of the public are welcome to attend.
